My commissions can cover anything and everything! A few familiar examples are: personalised fanart of a beloved character, an OC brought to life and a D&D character you can use privately! There are many other commission types that I would love to work with people on, and there's no limit to the number of characters in a scene, but of course more time would be needed to accommodate a more complex composition!

Black & White Commission

Just because it’s in black and white doesn’t mean any quality is lost, this option is just as fabulous as the full colour! I focus on tone, contrast and shading with the intent of making your commission pop, so I hope this option appeals to those who like the monochrome or somber, or people who just want something simpler!

Wait time

The typical wait time for a single full body coloured commission is 3-4 weeks, but season breaks (such as winter or summer) drawings can be done in a little over a week. For clarity's sake I am a University student, so I hope you can understand my timeline.If I feel as if I am going to take longer than expected, I will always shoot a cursory email- so rest assured you will not be left hanging as I endeavour to keep clients anticipatory rather than worried. The maximum wait time is currently three months, and more information on that is in the Refund and Cancellation part down below.

Commission steps, photo updates & revisions

In the commission process, it goes from SKETCH -> LINEART -> FLAT COLOURS -> RENDERING, and after each step until before the last stage you will receive either high quality or low quality photo updates (depending on if you choose to pay full up front) and have the opportunity for requesting two free revisions when I check in after each update, though there are certain restrictions as the drawing progresses.
Major body posing revisions aren't allowed after the sketch phase, such as after receiving the lineart update and requesting 'can we change the pose from a crouch to a karate kick' etc. This does not mean the lineart phase is a cutoff point however, you can still request smaller revisions such as 'Can you have her hair flowing behind her instead of a ponytail like we discussed?' or, 'Oh, can we have him waving instead?'.
After two revisions however, it will cost extra, (MORE INFO FOUND IN ADDITIONAL FEES DOWN BELOW). and revisions requested two weeks before an agreed upon deadline date may result in me being unable to meet the deadline.

Free Additional content

In a single commission, you are entitled to two small decorative effects and two small props. Decorative effects cover things like sparkles, smoke and exclamation points. Small props cover things like basic handguns, basic swords, flowers and bags.If you’re unsure where your request falls in terms of free additional content or additional fees, you are absolutely free to ask- and I will always inform you if an object will cost extra. No surprise fees!

Line Art Commission

As seen above, for line art commissions I can offer two distinct styles. Style (1) is flowy and uniform, while style (2) is more varied in line weight for a more bold effect. I do not use style (2) for anything but line art commissions, so no coloured commissions will use it for example. When it comes to commissioning me for linart, always specify if you want style (1) or (2).

Format of Final Commission

All of my commission are roughly 4K canvas size, but may vary depending on the composition of the request.The first final image you receive is a png with the character(s) and the chosen colour background. The second final image is the transparent background png with only the character(s). This double return is standard for all my commission types.

Backgrounds

The background you will receive is of a solid colour of your choice, or a border colour with a square centre of a different colour, or a gradient of your choice. I don’t accept complex background requests usually, but if a client finds that it is integral to their vision, the starting price is an extra £100. You will find an example of my work above.

Sketch Commission

As seen above, for sketch commissions I can offer two distinct styles. Style (A) likens to the pen, while style (B) likens to the pencil. I do not use style (B) for anything but sketch commissions, so no coloured commissions will use it for example. When it comes to commissioning me for a sketch, always specify if you want style (A) or (B).

Additional fees

A private commission (meaning I will not share it on any social media) costs an additional £40.
Large props (such as Pokemon, logos, animals, detailed swords and guns, bikes and vehicles) cost an additional £15.
Each small prop after the two freebies are an additional £6.
Each revision after the two freebies is an additional £9. Up to nine revisions are allowed for a single commission, beyond that and the commission is cancelled or declined.
A rush fee (for work done in seven days maximum) is £50. This is only for single character commissions, more than one person and the rush fee, plus days needed, plus revisions allowed will have to be discussed with me.

Payment

• All commissions must be paid in full upfront, or 50% upfront and 50% once the watermarked completed image has been seen by the client. The watermarks will not obstruct the view of the artwork so much that the you will not be able to determine the image quality or content.
• The only currency accepted is GBP.
• Payment can only be made via PayPal.
• Payment cannot be made in the form of cash, check or ‘exposure’.

Step by step how to commission me:

Shoot me an email at [email protected] , tell me the commission type you want, the character(s) you want and anything to help me visualise your idea! Bombard me with reference photos, truly don't be shy, I only want to draw exactly what you have in mind.
I'll send back a few questions (if needed) to clarify everything. There can be a few correspondence here to make sure the details are concrete.
After we have the commission idea down pat, I’ll email you the terms and conditions link to sign, then the price and PayPal link to send payment (I’ll also add instructions in the email on how to do this).
After payment is sent, I'll send you an email confirming I’ve received it and get started!
After each phase (details in commision steps, photo updates and revisions above) I’ll send work in progress photos. The quality of these photos depends on if the fee is paid full upfront or not. It's at these points you have the opportunity for revisions!
Tada! Your commission is done, so here’s how it goes: You will be sent a high-resolution PNG (JPG available if requested) of both the whole image and a transparent version (PNG) via email once the image is complete. In the case of 50% payment, you'll be sent a watermarked version first, and once the second fee is received, you'll receive both high quality files!

Refund and cancellation

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You may only request a cancellation and refund during the pencil/sketch phase before 3 hours of work is recorded on the commission by the Procreate app’s statistics.
If a cancellation is requested during the ink phase or colour phase, no refund will be given.
If a cancellation and refund is requested within the first 3 hours of the pencil/sketch phase you are only entitled to 75% of the fee you paid. For example, a 50% up-front fee of £30 is only entitled to a £22.50 refund.
A 100% refund will never be made once the work had been started, the only exception is in the case that I have not provided a finished commission after three months from the first payment.
If payment has not been made the client has the right to cancel the commission.
If I cannot meet the seven day deadline for a rush order (or the discussed deadline for more than a single character), I will refund the rush order fee and inform you as soon as possible that I failed to meet the agreed date. The rush fee is the only part of the payment refunded.
If you request nine revisions, I will cancel the commission and you will only receive 10% of the fee paid- for example an upfront payment of £20 for a half body line art will get a £2 refund. You will not receive the art.

If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted works to new buyers.
You will be forbidden to commission me ever again.

I hold every right the commission drawing, not the client. What this means is that I am able to use it to promote myself, profit off and post it anywhere I want.The client is allowed to use the artwork for personal use, print the art and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself and share the art on their own social media or use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to me, the artist.If the copyright infringement is broken in anyway, every right you had to the drawing will be retractedThe following is considered copyright infringement:

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially
Taking credit for the creation of this artwork
Altering the artwork without my consent

A purchase of the commercial rights to the artwork will always be starting at a minimum of 400% of the original price. With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merchandise. Use it in books, covers, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with. Credit is still required for usage of the artwork however, even if altered or edited.
